DelightedOk! Let me give you the details of my weekend!
Friday: I was off, as you should all know. Didn't really do anything, until my mom got out of work. She took me to the hair salon, where I sat for an hour. They didn't do shit for me. I'm just sitting there, waiting, and they knew I was there. My mother even called them twice! So after that irritating hour, I left and went to Dunkin' Donuts and got myself a medium iced coffee. Mmm... That was pretty good. Sitting outside Dunkin' Donuts, waiting for my mom, I saw Chelsea! [[ ~BitchiSaidRAINBOWS ]] Those couple of minutes were fun. :]
Oh! But while I was waiting outside Dunkin' Donuts, these two old ladies were walking by. One of them was trying to tell a story. The other one, with her walker, was like, "Shuttup, I was there!". I nearly died.
Saturday: New York Anime Festival! It was fun! Way better than Comicon last February, that's for sure. I actually bought a lot more shit, due to the amount of money I brought with me. Now, I only have $61 left. Whoot!
I woke up at five in the morning ( for no real reason ), woke up my cranky mother at 6:20 ( for a real reason ), and left my house at like 7: 45, or something like that. I went with Senpai [[ ~Ookami-Karoshi-Sama ]] and her boyfriend, and we actually got there before it opened up. Yey us.
BUT I'M SO STUPID I FORGOT MY CAMERA AND ONLY TOOK FOUR PICTURES WITH MY PHONE SOMEONE REVERSE TIME PLEASE.
Mmmm. A list of things I bought:
A T-shirt! It's a Kingdom Hearts one. You'll see it on Tuesday, Nin.
A Riku keychain and Sesshomaru button from =yuureikun
...A lot of buttons, actually, from several tables. Like, an "I <3 YAOI" pin, A Ritsuka pin, and a cute chibi Jack Skellington one! And, I kid you not, a pin of this -->
Awesome. Oh, and a crap load of other tiny pins.A cute bunny hat! I mean, it's kind of creepy that the black, void eyes are just staring at you, but, well... It's warm. :]
A keyblade necklace.
Eight prints of chibi Deidara, Roxas, Raven, Riku, Axel, L, Mello, and Near, by someone who I think is a member of dA, I just never got it.
FOUR PRINTS FROM *ramy. Praise be monkeys, I never ever thought I'd get prints from that guy.
And, uhm, I think that's it.
This guy was dressed as the Joker, and I think I nearly killed him with my hug. Heh.
UNCLE YOH IS UH-MAZING. I did not know he was so funny. "My Ass crashed crashed into Your Mom". And "chunks of My Ass fell to the Earth". I don't know if I'm quoting those accurately, but it's pretty much what he said. My Ass and Your Mom are asteroids, just so you know. Hee. AND IN THE MIDDLE OF HIS PERFORMANCE, HE GOT A GROUP OF COSPLAYERS ON STAGE, and it was a surprise proprosal for this one guy's girlfriend. I almost cried, it was so beautiful.
But, uhh, that's it! Now it is Sunday and I have homework to do and chores to complete. Later~
